What both teams have is the majority of girls who play travel lacrosse and have decent stick skills. Both teams have a large amount of players who will play in college. That is really what it comes down to. When they play other teams they can force turnovers when weaker girls are given the ball due to the lack of depth. Lacrosse is a team sport, and when most of your team can catch, throw, and run with the ball without dropping it, it’s no match for schools whose talent drops hard after 2 or three good players. This is not rocket science. It’s simple numbers.
