Unimpressed by North port. Faceguarded Pequa’s best player took her out of the offense, she still owned the draw. NPt goalie came up big. CR Out coached Pequa and the officials took back a goal. All that said they will win states.
Lol, don’t think you were watching the same game. Pequa was totally out coached, if they were smart they would know NP face guard strategy. Great players and coaches know and plan for ways to get out of that. Surprised the score was even that close.NP a much better team that had an off day and still won because they decided to.
Pequa coach does not seem to understand how to utilize some of the talent she has. They have a very deep roster of strong 2023s. Northport seems to be having a lot of "off games" according to this website. Had pequa been smarter in their game plan, they'd have won. They missed six shots in the last few minutes, coach telling them not to shoot 8 meters in overtime? Come on...
