DK is a very knowledgeable coach and having seen the attention to detail and the energy he puts forth to train girls, the HT team will have success because, compared to coaches form other schools who may never have even touched a lax stick before, he has done it and makes an effort to actually coach That being said, he is severely lacking as a person and his scruples are non-existent--just check his record from his past 'real" jobs. The bridges he has burned over the years and the sour taste folks come away with after spending any time with him is well documented. Are the HT girls forced to practice with Team Elevate warm-ups yet?
Do you think his behavior and bridges burnt are ever a detriment to the girl's recruiting process?
Of course DK and his daughter at Elevate are a detriment to the process. Look at how few girls are getting recruited there. Go back a couple of years and look at the numbers and now look at the numbers. College coaches don't want to deal with them and their antics. The proof is in the numbers.
Its just awful. We have been there for a while now. My daughter is a 2019 and DK and daughter did NOTHING to help her get recruited. We paid for everything. Every clinic, every recruiting seminar, time with Vic, etc. and got NOTHING for our money. I sent my daughter to some college camps and she has interest from a few schools. One of the college coaches said to me "we called/emailed your club director about your daughter and never heard back". I think that says it all. Elevate is just awful. The entire club is a Ponzi scheme and I am not sure who is worse, DK or the daughter!
