Anyone concerned with how this College Admission Scandal impacts future recruiting? I've heard said here on BOTC that coaches have a one/few automatic admission spots each year for their recruits who "maybe" didn't get quite the right SAT, ACT or GPA etc.. I can see that practice getting shut down after this.
They'd have to "shut down" the practice across the board for all sports then. For example, I can't see football and/or basketball programs even considering that. You're talking big revenue for some of these schools. You can't pick and choose that only some sports can make academic exceptions.
Why can't they? football and basketball have different recruiting rules...money talks...only people that care about girls lax is us.
