That tournament is what it is. It's not a true national championship for HS teams. It's a well run indoor tournament with lots of great competition. It would be a great accomplishment to win, but easy on the "National Championship" hype.


Not sure anyone was pretending its an actual high school national championship as its a 7 on 7 indoor small field format. That said the competition level is better than any other girls lacrosse event out there. As far as the obviously clueless and jealous parents of the large school teams who feel the smaller schools could not possibly compete in the A
division, get a clue the B and C divisions on LI have had more talent than those bigger schools for years.

You really have no clue .GC, Sinai have been better than any A size LI school for years .The A division has had a large number of weak teams for years and have not had any program that is consistently a strong team. Massapequa was barely won more than they lost and Middle country will never be good again.
