Wait. Usually if you get cut from a team or want more playing time you go to Coppermine.
Thing of the past. Coppermine may not be the destination like M&D or Hero’s but it’s no longer a dumping ground. They have a lot of talent starting with the 27’s and down. Don’t expect their roster to change for the worst like older teams. The recruiting will change with this class and younger grades.
Nothing is changing, they will never be a top club.
Who in this area is consistently much better than the Coppermine 27 team other than Hero’s and M&D? SW has never beaten them or been within 4 goals of them, MDU has only beaten them by 1 the last couple times, and they have been on the NGLL playoffs 3 of the past 4 seasons (excluding Covid-19 year). Haters are gonna detest.
You are really hung up on NGLL. Listen, no one cares about NGLL. If you are looking to get recruited, Coppermine is not the place to be. Almost every other club in MD has a better track record of recruiting. heck, even Check-Hers has a better recruiting record than Coppermine.
Getting caught up on NGLL is a great point. It's over. Let's look at the next, relevant phase. That was my point on being stuck taking about 27 team in a snapshot (this year), as opposed to where they will be in their respective organizations in the big picture (next 3 years).
