If you trying out all over town its only a matter of time before you left anyway. If I ran a club I would cut you to IF I HAD KIDS WANTING TO TAKE YOUR SPOT.


So, I have an employee that works for me, they are ok, not great at their job and I know that they are interviewing with other firms. What should I do, wait until they quit to hire somebody new OR should I let them go and bring somebody in who is eager and wants their position?
