There are no full ride athletic scholarships...don't believe it! There is good $ out there..50/60 % is great number for blue chip kids
50/60 % is good money, but Just because your daughter didn't get a full ride, it doesn't mean they don't exist!! They are rare but they do exist! The coach will let you know where u stand if you give them a little push back on their offer.
12 scholarship spots, roster of 30, equally split that's .40 award. Very tough to pin 100% to a 9th or 10th grade commit with so many variables ahead of them. We have seen some big swings from Freshman to Sophmore year as coaches award more cash to stellar freshman who were on the low end of scholarship on the way in. The big programs have nothing but studs so everyone has to get something. Probably a better chance of getting the full ride to a weaker team that will have to overpay a top player to get the commit. Think NY Mets!
