I'm sure there are several girls on second team that belong on top team. The point was, there are also legit players on third and fourth teams too. You could combine several girls from teams 2 thru 4 that can compete with the top team. That is not a knock on the top team. The point remains, 2019 has a lot of talented players, that do not play on the top team.
