Whether the tournament directors actually look at the submited rosters with birth dates is probably in question, but that is who the rosters would be submitted to. Then if there is a protest birth dates are documented somewhere. It cleans everything up. Poor Dad is in fear of change and being exposed and his son having to play with kids his own age. Too funny.
