Sure. You claim that Madlax won’t be at the WSYL next year. There’s only one reason why a team doesn’t go to the biggest event in youth lacrosse and that’s because they have no chance of winning it. Actually, in your case there are two reasons.
No Hold backs = No Wins. No Hold backs = No team (need 10 players to field a team)
So, no point in going! Proof!
LI dad here. Not a fan of this Madlax [ChillLaxin], but the WYSL is not a good tournament 2 or 3 great teams and the rest awful. Have seen it every year. If they moved it to LI or Philly, it would be great.
WSYL eligibility requires all players must be born on or after 9/1/2004. Madlax does not have any kids born before 9/1/2004. All kids are 11 & 12. We're not going because parents decided we didnt want to go. That's it. End of story.
