This past year on a team with 4 Division 1 and 3 Division 3 recruits, which is 7 out of 10 kids going onto play at the next level. They went 7-9. Mediocre at best! Guess what? Only 12 kids played. A previous poster is correct he's not coming back. Damn shame!

My son played for him and taught him what it takes to succeed. Was he demanding? Yes, and thank god for that. He learned that nothing is handed to you, go out and EARN what you want. Mommy and Daddy won't always be there to wipe your azz. My son played in college and is now a successful professional. Thanks coach Doller, I'm glad your happy at Farmingdale and enjoying success there too. Stay the heck away from Sayville and the miserable whiny parents.
