the LI showcase should have two teams one for uncommitted players and one for committed players. It gives some kids a chance to show themselves in front of college coaches
That is a great idea!! The only problem is most committed players are still trying to get better offers and enter events as uncommitted. There were a ton of committed players in the showcase last fall at Farmingdale that was for uncommitted only.
