It only takes an exodus of top players/coaches or a terrible club director to create panic, to which rumors start flying, and the next thing you know a good team has turned into an irrelevant team, which turns into numerous irrelevant teams within a club until eventually the club is irrelevant and 95% of players go elsewhere.
