If a club director tells you that your MS kid will be coached by a HS coach at club, and that this automatically "means the coaching is good," rest assured is at least half false if not 100% false.

The ironic thing is that about 50% of HS coaches are such awful youth coaches, that you are better off when (inevitably) they do not show up to coach the youth team.

The only (related) worse thing I can think of, is to have public HS coaches evaluating 4-5 foot tall youth players at tryouts. Which is how teams get "that huge kid with the bad back who can't run but also can't shoot."
