Maybe it isnt the coaching but the fact they they have the most overrated players in the conference. Parents are buying into them being good players because Ty tells them they are. When they don't produce, its the coaches fault. Did the B coaches tell their 5 star defenders to get run by like parking cones??

All these posts about the Loyola disappointment are funny. The reality is they were not supposed to be a top 5 team in MIAA this year-maybe not even top 6. Perhaps they are all coming from parents & alumni who are obviously passionate, but still must live in reality at some point. The reality is they are a team in the lower third of MIAA for all the reasons that have been listed here. Reasons that were known going into the season. Its ok, they can have a down few years and maybe rebuild to a championship one day. There will be many important upcoming decisions to be made to see if that can happen.

Loyola has 9 D1 commits!!! That is almost an entire team. Probably most should be freshmen in college this year also.

Either those commits are vastly overrated and will be huge disappointments in college or the coaching is not getting everything he can out of them.

Yes and they had that many or even more D1 commits last year. They are paper tigers that do not play well together.

How many of the commits from last year have seen the field in college?

Is Loyola just good at putting together highlight reels or can these kids actually play?

Why is anyone surprised at the train wreck that is LB? Last year with deep senior talent they went all in on FCA O kids while the fat daddy in waddled around texting his puppet plant. Showed where the priorities are.

What a dumpster fire going on at Loyola . While I am not wadding in on the dads and puppets, we all know that the last few years, LB has had well recognized in Baltimore top name players on its roster. Several were ahead of other less name brand players who were much better. Last year was a dumpster fire and this year the blaze continues. Its all about the name of the player and if you have a LB logo Peter Millar Quarter zip on at the games. Until you get a coach who ignores the chaff, expect the same results year after year.
