So they 3Step lied in their press release and IL reported it incorrectly? They acquired Hogan and the Hawks - they're probably referring to it as a "partnership" internally and retained Hogan and the coaches during an initial transition period (which isn't uncommon in M&A) so the parents are more comfortable.

3 step buys the club and pays out over 3 years the way that I understand it. After 3 years you can continue to run the club and get a salary or walk away. I was told be a really reliable source that they own every team in Colorado, so if a kid says "I'm going to play for this team" They are like "ok" cause we own that too. Way different in MD
