What are the rules regarding off-season practices? Spalding seems to be practicing quite frequently under the direction of coaches and posting on Instagram. I understand that there isn’t much that can be done to prevent captain’s practices that most teams hold out of season, but this seems to be something else entirely and not under the radar.
Who cares, the season is upon us.... strap em up, play ball and stay safe......
