I know a few Hawks that are now enrolled at McDonough and CH in the 2026 class. Winners thus far based on the recruiting rumor mill is McDonough and Spalding have recruited very well with CH and BL making pushes for some talent at this age group. SP, LB and St. M seem to be the losers thus far.

STM is no longer getting the best Hawks. 22 class won by Spalding. 23 and 24 classes Severn. 25s Spalding. 26s McDonogh of all places.
STM needs a new pipeline because they are only getting the mediocre Hawks and best Sidewinders.[/quote]

Well let’s hear em!!

More predictions:

McD underwhelms when the pressure is on.
Spld figures out too late that they really shoulda gotten that kid from dematha.
CH plays 20 kids a game and the other 30 on the bench get to enjoy the new elongated bench at Kelly Stadium.
LB has the most D1 recruits and show them bby playing me- ball and hosting “individual showcases” each game.
STM cans their head coach after a parent-led coup

Not really surprises, more of what’s expected, these days.

DeMatha player? Not following that.
DeMatha player? The kid with the loud mouth dad that just transferred from SR to DeMatha. That kid?
