so let's say a 2017 kid makes both the Brine "A" team and the 3d Blue Chip camp from our region...what can be inferred about the player at this point of his development and is this any indicator of his potential going forward?

Answer - he is really good player for his age.
Posted the question as there have been many comments previously stating that at this age, these small achievements don't really mean much. Was just trying to get a handle on this, that's all. Congrats to all the kids who made it. Hard work pays off in the end. Great job by all.
