Channy does care. He just realizes there are a bunch of useless parents who berate him because they don't see the truth in their kids' abilities.
"Useless" parents? Bet he doesn't think they are so useless when he is cashing their checks....A business that does not respect its customers will ultimately fail. Doesn't matter if you are selling lacrosse or running a dry cleaner. The fact that Express keeps chugging along makes me question whether these are isolated sour grapes.
