Assume he means Fall/Winter practice for the team. End of the day these kids are practicing every week, getting better and having fun. Nobody expects them to be the Pack, but they will compete in the Spring/Summer
His own clinic, not 91/DLT. The kids didn't even go to the first directors practice. They are missing out.
