So, would you rather your son on a team where he is a starter and the team is mediocre. Or would you rather he is middle of the pack on a team, but better players (better practices) etc.
Its a good question but there is no right or wrong answer. Some may believe he will improve more on the better team and that may be correct. I personally would rather him play more on a less good team. 99% of our kids are not getting scholarships to college so my view is let them play and have fun. To each his own though!
