Different poster here. If you honestly do not think many women's teams play with their "heels on the 8" you just have not been paying attention. Last year was the worst as the shot clock and no real penalty for 3 seconds both encouraged packing it in. I would have a harder time finding teams that did not pack into the critical scoring area .You are just wrong on this issue and believe the new rules will help some but playing 6 on 6 below the restraining lines does not sound like a bad idea.
