That is why u13 works...Levels the playing field. Why would 15 year olds want to play against 13 year olds?
This situation could easily be solved by just switching to birth year play, youth soccer has done it and has leveled the playing field. Best situation would be to switch to birth year play at U13 when it really starts to show up as puberty kicks in for most. Dominating at grade 7 when some players are nearly 2 years older than others is truely laughable.
