I saw on the MD board that people were trashing a top team, Annapolis Hawks, for switching to a zone defense. What teams run a zone now? What are your feelings playing for a team that runs a zone and playing against them? I think Empire, Igloo, TB run a zone. Bandits too, but I think they run a backer zone. What are your thoughts?
Triangle and Diamond Zone is the best.
Bandits are the only team I know to consistently run a zone.
