Impossible to rank according to tournament wins, losses and records. All these teams have different draws in these tournaments. Some get easy games some do not. some games are won or lost by 1 goal. Many tournaments are run by the host team and those teams get favoritism in their pool play and with officiating. it just is. Those teams lower on your list very strong A teams but have to fight uphill when the teams at the top do not. Lets see Jesters or Gretys or Outlaws run a tournament and who they get in pool play.
