Agreed. Unless and until parents and organizations get behind this and demand it it's not going to happen. Spoke at length with one of the owners of NXT he agrees wholeheartedly.
Saw HEADstrong players leaving the 2019 field to play at the 2018 field. A parent heard one of the HEADstrong parents "reminding" the players that they were in 7th grade at the 2019 game… HUMMM Sounds fishy to me!!
