If someone finds the need to come on here and convince people that a team is an A team it probably is not. You will know if your kid is on an A team when you stop feeling the need to report scores and tournament victories. Also if you put teams in that play close games against A teams then almost everyone will be an A team. If a team looses every game to an A team by two that team may be A but what about the team that loses to that team by 2 and so on. Also A teams jump out to a big leads them put subs in and trst starters. Or starters never really play against weaker teams. Sometimes a second goalie will play against weaker teams then the next game the starting goalie will play the entire game against a stronger team. This alters the scores and makes games closer. Teams play different against weaker teams. Close scores are helpful but you need to win a bunch too against A teams. The teams listed in the last post many are not even close to A. If a team is A people will know. You won't need to convince people here.
