Please keep in mind if your kid isn't physically ready , you might want to wait a year before putting him in front of coaches. My kid going in to 9th grade was 5'4 140#. Has a junior he was 6ft 190. Going D1. But once coaches close book on you they hardly reopen it.
Very sensible and true statement. Happens to a lot of kids who rush into the lions den. Be ready.
