Reclassing buys you more time for puberty, more time to train, more time to lift weights. Big difference between 18 and 21, big difference between 18 and 24. There should be rules against this and just because there isn’t doesn’t change the fact that it is cheating.
Read a dictionary please, you obviously have no clue what the definition of cheating is.

Reclassing certainly is ancting in an unfair way to gain an advantage!
