Maybe because not every player is an "A" player. There are actually kids that want to learn and be coached by great coaches that care. And get better. It seems to me that you think you can jump to the head of the line if you're on the "A" team. Riding the pines behind way better players does not help the "B" player.

That's good if Express has told its second teams that they B teams. They have historically sold them that they are as good as other groups A teams. If you are getting your expectations met, then you are good to go dude. I would bet some parents on the Express B teams might not be feeling the same as you.
