That doesn’t sit well as a current member of the team… what’s the plan? Some coach who doesn’t know my kid going to come in and try and sell her to college coaches? Please tell me the male coach isn’t going to be the only one staying. This information needs to be public NOW for the good of the girls on the team!
To be fair, the "selling" is done more by the club directors than age group coaches. However, will Mike gone, the question is how will Molly step up?
As a parent of a SW 24, I can tell you that our team's head coach (Crissy/Daniela) had little to no involvement talking to college coaches except for one they had a personal relationship with.. It was all done by Mike.
