Gilman should to re-evaluate their entire athletic department. The Headmaster and Board are anti competitive sports.

Gilman will drop to B conference for all sports within the next 3-4 years.

Next year's MIAA preseason rankings:

SP: Almost everyone is back with the exception of their strong LSM. This coaching staff is serious about winning it all next year.
CHC: They lose some key defenders and offensive threats but just re-load. They will be in the mix.
SM: Strong offense returning. Missing most top defenders and a keeper. However, will re-load from a strong JV program.
McD: Missing a majority of starting defenders and a keeper. Offense only loses a couple middies. Will make semis again.
Severn: Almost everyone is back. Depth will be an issue as always but they will look to dominate FOs.
Boys Latin: Despite losing a lot, they just re-load as always. Keeper will be tough to replace.
Loyola: Lost their two best AA poles. They were anemic on offense and at the X. A top six finish for them would be great.
Gilman: Talent gap is too big to overcome for any coach especially one not empowered to or experienced at recruiting.
JC: Big strides this year with the victory over CHC. If they keep the recruits home, they will be a force.
MSJ: Young team that will knock off some of the Conference's more storied programs in the next couple of years.
