I think you are forgetting how geography plays a role here.

Skywalkers pulls from the same area as Coppermine and vice versa.

MD United doesn't really fight those two clubs for players, but do with Integrity, LBC and CCLax.

M&D and Hero's, because they are so centralized has the ability to pull from all over, which is part of the success.

Sure there are ouliers, kids coming from say Eastern Shore to M&D, it happens but just rare.
