Turtles still beat the Terps black by 10. Terps have not upgraded at all.
Saw it last Sunday and saw it today, no difference between turtle top players compared to those terp black top players. Very easy to see.
Most likely no need to upgrade, terps black team didn't have players running away from it from what I understand. I heard they didn't lose one starter, didn't the turtles lose two or three starters?
