Parent of a younger child looking for some advise. Should your child wear a travel helmet (one of the top teams for last year) or town helmet to a tryout. Want to go back to last years club but need to take care of him first.
You can't go wrong representing your town. Talent is the most important, not the helmet.
Absolutely wear the travel helmet. if there are lots of kids, you want them to be identifiable.
Wear the helmet that will keep your child safe!
Sadly, the other travel team helmet will get more looks esecially if the team is a close competitor in talent. The coach may even take you just to hurt the other club.
