Why is everybody so angry? Why does it have to be so bitter all the time on this thread?
I couldn't agree more. It's a sport we love, kids we love. Somehow, some of the parents on the sideline lose sight of this and it spills into this forum.
That said, two issues are the hot button topics that should be addressed. Holdbacks and guest players have to stop.
If teams held themselves accountable to these two standards, I bet a lot of the snide bickering on this board would greatly diminish.
Let the boys play. Root for the opposing teams players when you see a great play made. It's common good sportsmanship.
