True, however many of those accepted are deferred to other campuses. They turn away about 10,000 kids every year. Saying what you want, but the campus is beautiful, sports facilities amazing, alumni network one of the best, tuition with fees about 40k, not 60+k. They also are ranked higher than many of the other top 20 lax schools like Ohio State, Maryland, Loyola, Hoftstra,SB, Denver, Syracuse, UMass, Delaware, Towson. Not that there is anything wrong with those schools, I believe all of them have much to offer. Not sure what your problem is? I would be thrilled if my son was offered a scholarship to any of them. There is a good fit for everyone. And there is always going to be someone with a negative comment, sad!
