Probably depends on the player. Being rostered on multiple teams in same area only makes sense if tournament schedules don’t overlap. You can’t be on multiple rosters for HOCO so you would have to pick one for that , then if tournaments conflict seems like it would just be a waste of $. If player is good enough and team two is willing to cut a special deal for you then sure why not.
