Nice job guys. Someone upset that their son isnt a Carb. Sorry only for the elite players, not wanta bees What in the Boys Latin education is that? It is not as bad as people say, as a bunch of students who were rejected by Gilman go there . They help with test scores. This is probably an unwanted topic here, but a lot of great young men were rejected by almost all of the MIAA-A schools for the 2028s, it caused quite a stir in the Towson Laxosphere. In all seriousness, I bet BL and John Carroll got in on the Rejection Party this past spring as well. St. Mary's is probably the last "come one, come all" MIAA-A school. Feel bad for the people whose son couldn't get in to a MIAA A school . Cant think of a worst faith. First thing Baltimore people ask you is what school your son goes to. If not a MIAA A school, not something most MIAA A parents can get pass, you dont belong in same company. I hope your parents didn’t spend money on sending you to a private school, your grammar is somewhere below elite level. Now, as for your critique of my grammar, I’m truly grateful. Nothing screams “elite” quite like taking the time to nitpick a casual remark on the internet. Clearly, the bar for meaningful engagement has been set at correcting typos rather than addressing the actual point. I sincerely hope you didn’t attend a private school, because if this is the best your tuition money could produce in terms of wit or depth, someone got shortchanged. You must be one of those classic Baltimorean's whose first questions are, “What school does your child go to?” “Where do you live?” and “What do you do?” All great talking points from someone clinging to elitist status symbols as if they mean anything in the real world. Bravo Please feel free to critique.

No doubt CT has some of top talent in 2028. But perhaps partly can be explained by dilution of talent. In top 25, there are 3 CT teams. But there 5 are MD/DMV teams. BTW 3 Philly teams, 2 LI teams, 2 NJ teams, 2 Boston. The rest are national or only team in one area. Top 25 is an arbitrary number. If I choose another arbitrary number like 13, there are ZERO teams from MD or LI. 3 teams from CT and 2 from NJ. Yes, these are based on fall results which you can't take too seriously . . . but they are consistent with trends. And if you look at the 4 grades below the 2028s (29's thru 32's), there's only 3 total teams in the top 10. Looks like the new age restrictions are impacting the MD clubs' ability to compete at the top levels. Are the age restrictions still a thing? My 2028 is my youngest and we're not going to reclass regardless so I admittedly haven't been paying much attention, but I thought I'd heard that tourney organizers and even HOCO were already backsliding on age restrictions.

Yes. The people who ask what school you go to are usually nouveau rich or just middle class. It's the first time they ever paid for tuition and want to let you know. It's a big deal to them. They are the same parents who chose a kid's school by the cheapest tuition price. People like us, with real money, don't concern ourselves with such minutiae.
