Age Group : U15 (2016-8th Grade/2017-7th Grade)
Location : Walker Field, Hicksville, New [lacrosse]
Time : 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Sunday, October 16th, 2011
Age Group : U16 (2014-10th Grade/2015-9th Grade)
Location : Field of Dreams, Massapequa, New [lacrosse]
Time : 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Recon Lacrosse Information


Recon Lacrosse is Long Island Based Select Team that is in its second year of establishment. Recon Lacrosse’s main objective is for players at the Youth and High School Level to participate in a program that will enhance the Skills, Competition, Leadership, and Teamwork of Long Island's Finest Student/Athletes. Our goal for youth players is to develop the skills and comradery within the team to help prepare for High School competition. With the commitment of our well established coaching staff and community service work, our goal for our older participants is to offer a great experience, but more importantly to provide college exposure for the High School student/athlete.



"We demonstrate support for our Armed Services, Charitable Foundations, and Participate in Community Service Activities with the intent to boost College Resumes."

Directions to Tryouts for Recon Lacrosse at John Walker Memorial Field (Andrews Road) - Field is on Andrews Rd in Hicksville 2 blocks east off Bethpage Rd.

Directions to Walker Field via major highways:

LIE - Exit 41 South onto North Broadway. Go about 1/4 mile and make left onto Bethpage Rd. Go to second light and make a left onto Andrews Rd - field is 2 blocks up on your right.

Northern State - Exit 35 South onto North Broadway. Go about 1/4 mile and make left onto Bethpage Rd. Go to second light and make a left onto Andrews Rd - field is 2 blocks up on your right.

Directions to the October 16th U-16 Tryouts for Recon Lacrosse at Field of Dreams.

From the West :


•Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 29 (Hicksville Road South).
•Take Hicksville Road to Sunrise Hghway.
•Turn left onto Sunrise Highway heading East. Stay to the right.
•Just before Sunrise Highway goes under the train tracks, take the right fork onto Old Sunrise Highway (Route 27A).
•Continue straight past the light, field is on your left.

From the East :


•Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 32 (Route 110 South).
•Take Route 110 South through the Village of Amityville.
•At the first traffic light after you pass under the railroad tracks, turn right onto Oak Street. Travelling West on Oak Street, the name will change to Old Sunrise Highway.
