Did you eat a lot of paint chips when you were a kid?

Did express fire the dad coaches yet? How could a parent subject themselves to that nepotism. Def coach is painful, yells at players and is demeaning. Fired from 2028 team yet gets to coach a younger team where players are sponges for the game. A lot of kids have quit because of these guys, good luck to Express parents.

LegRush at 2028 is legit and a good bunch of kids got left behind. Igloo on the other hand made an announcement of a merger but TA forgot to tell TZ that was a thing. So unbeknownst to Legacy they were merging with Igloo. For now it’s not happening, but would imagine at some point this rumor which has been prevalent for over 5-6 years may come to fruition.

I thought the turtles folded a few years ago. The question is, can anyone compete with the Cyclones?

Turtles Recon Rebels S2S Trueblue and Jesters all merging to form a super team of “last players to get picked”.

Last players to get picked is a silly comment. Would your son rather be a player that barely plays on the Cyclones or a player that plays a lot on another team ?

Turtles had kids go back to Rebels and a coach took a bunch of kids to Recon, but they were still able to put together a team

I’ll take a guess. It’s a world series year. The Cyclones possibly have a few players that don’t make the cut off. And there are zero eligible players on the 29 Chaos to tag along.

Igloo legacy announcing their merger after they both held tryouts? So your saying they took everyone's money first then they will announce it. Talk about a lawsuit.

That’s club directors waving the white flag. Their teams have historically been unable to compete at the top level of play during the high school years (Legacy Taz being the exception). The 29 Igloo team was supposed to be the next great thing, even being ranked #1 in the country at one point and the club owner spending for all sorts of extras for them, but their best offensive players all left this season leaving the team in a tough spot and the remaining families still looking around for an exit.
With the new 3D Alliance League, which is pitched as an elite tournament and alternate to the NLF that both of those clubs sent all their AA teams to, they both need a wider net to cast or they will finish at the bottom in that tournament every year during the high school years. The two clubs had a combined 28-41 record at the AA level at that tournament across all grades.

Merger is not happening. Too many families have been with these clubs for 5-6 years. Now they are cut? They have to find a new team? Not buying

Hey you A team parent just remember when u bash a “B” team possibly the kids are just as good althletes but the parent is unable or unwilling to spend thousands upon thousands of of dollars. Also maybe the kid like to play other sports, unlike you son who eventually will get bored of running the same plays. Food for thought!

Igloo merge with legacy will be the downfall of these two good teams. Black ice will lose depth and admirals/taz parents will lose their @chillinlax as their kids are put on B teams. Too much can go wrong at this point, too many would be displaced and parents would turn on the clubs. My son is on igloo, if he is cut for a merger I will move to the turtles

Don’t knock the turtles. Great coach coming in. Amazing kids and parents. So what we’re not on the level of the bigger clubs. But maybe we don’t want the toxicity that brings. Our kids are having a fun and enjoyable experience while learning the game of lacrosse. And have fun now that the 12.6 went to 56 or so. You get money, you get money, the bench warmer gets money to help raise the GPA of the team, you get money bc your parents donated. Everyone gets money!!!

Money money money. All about money. However turtle owner JD has plenty, so turtles beat to a different drum. Been through this, many of you are starting to realize but you already spent thousands and in a couple of years your kid ages out of club lax. Then they are they are on to the next cash cow and u have been had.

Coaches couldn’t work together, kids left. Believe they were still able to scrape together the numbers for a team though.

Turtles didn’t have a “B” team. Both teams played “A” level competition. A real A and B would consist of an A team playing AA and a B playing A. One team might call themselves an A team, but in reality they were playing the same competition as the so called B team.
