Any thoughts on the recent film noire featuring the first family of McD lax? Could father and older son look like bigger tools? I watched it and shook my head. Not surprised in the least but glad his behavior has finally been documented.

The sad part is there was no shame in his behavior. Even days later. The lax community will be better off when his boys graduate and he finally stops coaching.

If you are talking about the 91 video go to YouTube and it’s under Mitchell Pelhke’s page. Pelhke got some good content for promoting himself.

This is Pehlke’s money maker why would he take it down.. It doesn’t affect his career. He well knows it will get him tons of views which equals money. Of course MM agreed to getting filmed. However, he doesn’t have the mental capacity to remember that this will be all over the Internet. Self centered “his” family first objective. Even if you take it down it’s out there forever. Thanks for the content MM.

I’d take Mark Millon as a coach over any coaches in the MIAA!! His sideline antics are no worse than some current coaches in the MIAA.
He’s a proven winner !!
He gets his players prepared for college and gets them recruited. That’s what you want in a coach. All that other BS that people like to post aren’t from his players or their parents. If he’s your coach you love him. If he’s not you detest him!!

I agree with the original poster. MM is a great coach and kids will come play for him wherever he’s coaching. Whether you like it or not he gets the job done. He’s a winner. Gilman parents would take him over the lost they currently have. He’d start a lot of buzz if he went to JC. Mark use to hold his tournaments there so there’s a connection.

MM won the championship for McD not Hilgy. Hilgy can’t coach unless he has great players. Where have almost all the best McD players come from Team 91!! Mark’s players were ready on day one to step in at McD as freshman because Mark had prepared them. Argue all you won’t because you’ve been beaten for so many years by his teams. Get off your woke bidets and admit Mark Millon is a great coach and you would’ve loved every minute if your kid was on his team.

All this talk by MM. Wonder what he said after his best in country team got beat 9-1 by Long Island boys. MM has a reputation on the low end of spectrum. Well earned for sure.
It will be interesting to see how MM reacts to the college game with his boys. I know Hilgy has his hands full.

Did St Mary’s really drop the public schools from their schedule this coming spring? Losing the recruiting battle against Spalding now ducking the public schools. St Mary’s heading to the B conference.

Mark didn’t create holdbacks and club coaches have zero ability to “holdback” kids. He’s a great teacher of the game and has a unique ability to get the most out of each player.

You are the man ! Even though at one time you were adamantly against Holdbacks, until you decided to join in and encourage it.

Did St Mary’s really drop the public schools from their schedule this coming spring? Losing the recruiting battle against Spalding now ducking the public schools. St Mary’s heading to the B conference. Recruiting battle, what recuriting battle? My kid went to St. Mary's in grade school, was a key player on elite team (trying to remain anonymous) and was aggressively recruited by 3 of the other power house schools but not St. Mary's. We don't need to be courted but it's definitely odd and it speaks to who else ends up at St. Mary's. Recuriting to a HS doesn't take much. It's a couple phone calls, texts and a tour of the school. You only need 10 elite level kids per year knowing you're going to get another 20 who aren't elite of which some will end up contributing because they get better in HS, grow 8 inches or started late. The worst part is they dropped the Fresh/Soph team 2 years ago. My kid wasn't going to play Fresh / Soph but it means 45+ are on JV and Varsity. It's a recipe to take a step back.

Change of subject:
John Carroll hired a guy with zero head coaching experience aside from a terrible 2027 club team. They’ll continue to be the very bottom of the barrel.

Ah man poor Gunner seems like a nice kid too!
Has a “A” conference school ever hired a head coach that has never coached, recruited or raised money at high school or college level in any capacity. Interested to see what staff he hires or I would assume already has in place coming to Harford county this season.

This is the top league in the nation. What '27club team did he coach? Does he have any real coaching experience otherwise?
The only explanation is that the high school made a quick hire just to shut up parents about firing the previous guy.
The old coach was well respected in the league and community, so this looks like a joke.

The old coach was well respected in the league and community, so this looks like a joke. Brief search of the internet says he did a year stint at a college in San Diego. That’s it. So he coached for maybe a year and then gets a head coaching job in the MIAA A conference. I know John Carroll is the but of a lot of jokes here, but those boys deserved better.
