Lol. Looneys players deciding where they want to plant themselves??? More like looneys parents begging elite teams to look at their kids.

Why the looneys players detest? detest the organization or the parents, but they’ve always seemed to be nice enough. But why the detest toward the kids, or even towards SC? Looneys clearly wasn’t an elite squad but they do have a few kids that will make elite teams without any trouble while the rest will be looking for lower level teams.

How many looneys players will actually join an elite team this summer?

King Crab better hope the planes from Florida are running on time. The LI Express teams usually don't have holdbacks. Congrats King in advance for winning with older boys. The Crabs 2025 & 2024 were not holdback teams so he did not allow them to go to NAL or NLF in 7th & 8th grade. They were good solid on age teams. He must be excited to be back in "the game" with his older boys. Hold backs hide his coaching flaws.

The LIE team this year 100% has holdbacks. A parent from the team even made mention of the 4 or 5 that they have since WSYL.

Define elite? Hawks, Crabs, DCE...….none that will start. TRUE, 91, FCA, Madlax……..I would say most.

And just a few weeks ago I told people that looneys was crumbling and about to fall apart.

Victory is sweet . Getting the W is what elite lacrosse is about. holdbacks are within the rules and anyone can have them , The Crabs are like a magnet to elite players. This is the summer of the Crab, look out . if you dont like it, rec is always an option.

Sorry your son and his team couldnt beat the Crabs. Hit The Wall ! Elite is a tough place to play unless you are in a good club

Question is can the player be successful playing on age?? Why is a player being held back in the middle school years for sports only purposes?? Stay on age. Don't give in to King Crab and the rest of the crowd that fabricates a bunch of BS to get you to hold back so you can make his teams look better.

Current Crabs parents whose kids lost time and a former coach would love to discuss your kids playing within the rues. It's a sham. Beers on you guys at Swallows after your kid gets that sweet sweet lax hardware at UMD. I'm sure Aflac will have a sweet gig lined up, if they are lucky, maybe Enterprise rental will come calling. They did have to repeat a grade for being slow, so that may be a stretch.

Heard two middies and a pole were at FCA practice last night. Why would they go there? Isn’t that pretty much a lateral move? If they think they’re so much better and above everyone else on Looneys, why wouldn’t they go to Crabs or DCE?

And Hawks in March, and Madlax in the regular season, and DC Express in the regular season......

High school choice, crabs is stacked with holdbacks and a large roster already, dce practices will be a far drive. Not too difficult to figure out.

I would think that looneys kids are looking at all options.

Maybe they don’t think they are so much better and are just looking for a home where they can play and not ride a bench, since theirs is imploding right in front of their eyes the summer before high school.

They’re in for a long HS career in the MIAA if that’s where they will attend school. MIAA - where dreams of playing varsity sports die.

At least a few are headed to Predators.

Pretty sure the March loss was redeemed with a beatdown in May by Crabs. Let’s be honest; Hawks don’t scare anyone anymore. They peaked in 6th grade and have regressed every since. DCE annihilated them as well and after the loss the sidelines were a complete show. Parents up in arms complaining about coaching and PT and kids throwing equipment. Embarrassing.

So much detest for a school. Go away. No one is talking MIAA or CHC in this particular conversation.

The Pole will definitely help the team, the others will add depth and may see the field from time to time. I am sure more talent will be coming as the CH kids begin to trickle in now.
