I predict True will beat Hawks 15 - 5! Mark my words it will be a fantastic upset. I think you forgot this isn’t WSYL talk anymore. They will have their kids with permits back.

Back to spring league bashing. Hawks and True rescheduled for this Saturday. Are all postponed games from last weekend on Saturday? Should be a good one. Hawks win by 2! Hawks by 7! Much more realistic compared to True winning by 10.

WSYL has made a lot of people go off the rails. Personally I am not a fan - it seems that all this time and energy could have been invested into the regular teams.
(Thanks in advance for all the sympathy for my son not making the team and/or his team not qualifying!)

Just wanted to poke my head in and visit to let all of you know to get some help. Seriously, add up all the pages and replies for the boys 24,25,27,28 and you don't even come close to the number on this 2026 page. You all need some help, they are in 7th grade!

As a parent of boys in multiple age groups, including 2026, I can tell you that there is not a correlation between the number of BOTC posts and the craziness of the parents. There are crazies in all age groups, and the normal/crazy ratio runs pretty constant. The way that BOTC works is that posting activity naturally breeds more activity (your own post is but one example) and it so happens that this board is more active. I am sure the advertisers love the 2026 crowd, and if they are smart, they will post some provocative comments on the other boards to stir up activity. Just curious, why are you visiting five different forums and counseling strangers on how much banter is too much - maybe you should ask yourself why you care how much time others devote to lacrosse talk?

Towermen added as 7th WSYL qualifier from the East. I am assuming an international team dropped out. I continue to expect 4 teams from the West will qualify.

Go back and look at old posts. Told you 91 would be a team to reckon with. After Sunday, sole possession of first place!!!

Go back and look at old posts. Told you 91 would be a team to reckon with. After Sunday, sole possession of first place!!! Ok 91 Dad/Mom, you piqued my curiosity to look at the results and schedule. Your son's team is 2-0, with wins over NextLevel and FCA, two of the weaker teams in the division. This week you play VLC, which will be a harder test, but I don't think that bragging is in order until you beat Hawks, Crabs, or Looneys. You aren't scheduled to play Hawks or Looneys this spring, so hopefully you will get a shot at them in the playoffs. Why don't you report back to the board after the Crabs game? PS - great teams don't generally play zone as their primary defense, but that's just me.
