The guy that was fired………good luck to the St. Mary’s ProStarts. Severn gets a great hire to follow up Christie, STM gets a fired OC as HC. If I’m a family in AACO, Severn is at the top of the list Bump. Anyone know why SM coach fired?

Connections always come first.

Connections always come first. Neither are right. Personal network/Family name/nepotism High school Club Team and tournaments Showcases Prospect Days 2 and 3 can switch depending on your High School. This is a MD MIAA centered , so HS is more . Prospect days are useless to get recruited except at lower D2 and D3 . This is from a in the know. Count on this list. Lets stop the not knowing ( better word )
