As a Lacrosse specialist for years, we've seen lots of people who are complaining due to different reasons.
But the common ones are because of the following:
- maltreatment
- misinformation
- their kids are not being included nor seen
However, I believe that for a strong athlete to be successful in their career.
They need to experience different challenges to be mindfully, physically and emotionally strong.
We can take those not personally, rather as a way to improve nor be stronger as a professional.
Things can be fixed with simple conversations, than going into lawsuit or rants online.
But businesses like attention, might it be a negative experience.
