Its only poaching if a club approaches another player on the sidelines while he is playing for another team....otherwise its all fair game. Nothing wrong with trying to improve your team and recruiting a player who would help your club

He made a few deals on the side…. With express roster sizes expect to see 14 kids getting no time instead of just the 7 he ruined at Igloo.

Correct, the infamous coach is now at Express One of Best coaches at tis age group. The Head Coach is from Chaminade and that is all that counts. And Palasak has the East team. Both outstanding coaches and are obviously not daddy coaches. Professional guys who know the game more than most.

All I’ll say is time will tell. But daddy coach va non daddy etc blah blah nonsense aside. A coach that has one team and one team only is a huge plus.

He’s a bad coach. He has ruined the fun and thrill of youth lacrosse for countless little kids. If you have been on one of his teams you are acutely aware. His passion for winning at the 3rd grade level has come with the sacrifice of many innocent children. Please do not defend him, he should not be coaching and or allowed near young players.

My son was in first and second grade when he coached him. There isn't a player with great stick skills when they are 7. You need to get your head examined. He was the reason we left and many others after us. He is bad news, and this only serves as a warning to new Express parents on 30 and 32 teams where he is involved. Please be careful.

I have to agree with all of these posts. In fact I believe he was fired from 32 team for verbal abuse of an 9 year old. Nothing was learned from that and he stayed on with 30 team and there was a mutiny at one of their last tourneys. He forgot to play 7 kids the entire weekend. Imagine driving to a tourney in Delaware and not playing one minute! Buyer beware

The guy is awful, has nothing to do with coaching ability or playing time, it have everything to do with treatment of kids and ego. He will be the perennial Express B team coach if he stays, he knows that.
