Legacy east is a b team, express east failed at 2028, just like empire Right but Legacy East always gets competitive as the boys get to high school. And PM does a lot to get his boys recruited. Isn’t legacy east new? How could they “always” do anything if they are new?? Not new. Has gone by a few different names over the years. I think their 2024 team was the first/oldest to be under the Legacy East name but it might have been the 2023s Legacy East used to be Twenty4 East - PM took over and joined Legacy to create Legacy East a few years ago. Same teams, just different name.

Venom parents would rather their kid on the sideline and say they’re on the top team than go somewhere where they would actually contribute and have fun. There were a lot of upset parents at tri star. At least you guys didn’t have to drive to Delaware to watch other kids play over yours. #youshouldbeplayingmeaningfulminutes What drives you to post this weirdo? Weirdo! Well said

The hope is that you pay all of this money for the coaches to develop your kid to be as good a lacrosse player as they can be. I think the poster as well as many others would say that playing zone defense doesn’t help towards that goal.

The point in 8th grade summer lacrosse should be player development along with having fun and competing against good comp…If my son was a defensmen and was sitting in a zone most of the time I’d be pissed..

It’s a total copout to go in a zone the way they do. As soon as their opponent breaks it, they play very poor man defense. That is terrible development of players going into high school. I’d be furious if my son played for that coach.

The fool thing is that they have one of the best groups of poles in the country. It's not like they have a bunch of stiffs back there who aren't athletic enough to play man.

Surge is better than some of these "A" teams. Prob the 5th best team on the island. That was on display at the suffolk nassau game. Surge kids played great.

Surge is better than some of these "A" teams. Prob the 5th best team on the island. That was on display at the suffolk nassau game. Surge kids played great. Many top players didn’t even try out. 8th Grade, doesn’t matter.

Surge is terrible ..... They play in b-level tourneys .... Only competed in one tournament because they brought in venom kids. While other teams were short handed. Their F/O kid bounced to Express mid season ..... Any kid who plays there has realized there is no shot at playing D1 ball .....

Surge coach cut many of his players. Players picked deserved to play. It was just a game nothing to cry over. Surge is an A team. Don’t be fooled there’s some very good talent on that team.

Surge is going to be just fine. A lot of talent on that team. And the parents realized that it’s more important to be on the field playing rather than on the sidelines.
